I ordered 6 items from Ajio (online store of Trends), the order number for which is FN2896408446. There were 5 parcels in total as one parcel had 2 items in it. I received all these 5 parcels separately, when I checked the clothes I didn’t like the material and fitting of 3 items, so I returned them as it is and thankfully got the refund from Ajio for those.
But, when I checked the other 3 items they were completely different from the one that Ajio has listed on their app. I created a return for those items as Ajio gives the option to return the wrong items.
Ajio has accepted the return of 2 items from these 3 (Returns IDs are – RT130932183 and RT130917500). The pickup was done on Nov 1, 2023, and Ajio is saying that they will initiate the refund by Nov 18, 2023. See the delay in initiating the refund, my money is totally stuck there.
Here comes the worst part, for the one item from these 3, I have created a return 3-4 times and they are continuously denying the pickup (Return id – RT131266248) and saying we have delivered the right product it’s your fault. They are saying return us the right product and we’ll give you the refund. How can I return the product that I haven’t received? It’s just ridiculous how they are behaving in this case. The total amount of items for which I’m facing a return issue is INR 2188.26/-.
Please help me out to get my hard-earned money back from these online scammers. I have made up my mind not to buy something from Ajio in the future. But, please help me out this time.
