Hi Team,

Ajio app is not return/refund/exchange the 2- Jeans and one short which i bought recently, immediately i had followup with ajio customer care with valid images and i didn’t use the product , all clothes are tagged and bills intact.

The Ajio customer care is telling these products are given with heavy discount, so not return exchange in any way. I am unable to wear these clothes and size is not comfortable and shirt is looks like old one. i have email conversation with the team, if required i will share with you.
