I have purchased 1 dress material and 3 dresses for which I returned the product to ajio after taking the products they are not refunding my money which is around rupees 3500. It’s been 1 month I am waiting for refund, I have raised many complaints but my complaint tickets has been closed without my consent/solution. When I tried to reach ajio customer care they tell me will connect to supervisor as soon it get connected they disconnect it and I have experienced it many times.
