I had ordered 2 items. When I clicked buy now and paid, amount got deducted from my account but the items were still in the cart. I have been sending mails to their mail address since 1 year no response. Their customer care is non-existent. When I opened appstore to give review, literally every review said they lost money on Ajio. So basically, they are a fraud company looting people’s money.
