I have ordered some clothing products from ajio and had partially cancelled the order out of 6 refunds I have received only 5 refunded. One refund Is held back I have called mobikwik several times those customer care agents are very rude and not willing to provide the resolution I have raised a ticket also.

Whenever I try to ask they say escalated but no resolution transaction is done on 17th jan I have received all refunds on that day itself but one refund is not credited till now 2nd of February it’s been 16 days they said with in 7 days refund will be added again I have called them but they same thing wait for some time how much time I should wait please help me the transaction amount is 3634.49 the other amount to be received is 298.50 now asking to pay 1364 before 5th of feb or else 654 rupees penalty late fee will be imposed
