I had ordered a pair of shoes but I wasn’t satisfied with the quality so I decided to return it. After returning it, I was promised a refund within a week. At first it said it was initiated but then I hadn’t received it. I waited for 15 days and then divided to complain to the company. They reached out and claimed to have initiated it and gave me a number : 204130373620
This is to track the refund via the bank. But then I still had no response. I still haven’t received the money. Now the app is saying that the refund is complete but I haven’t received it yet.
