I’ve ordered 4 units of Doller Bigboss men underwear pack of 10 on 15 july 2023 and paid using credit card (order id – FN3053405455) . I also make another order (Order ID – FN2961403622) with 5 more units of Doller Bigboss men underwears pack of 10 on same day. On 22 july 2023 I received both orders and found they send only one piece instead 10 with each units. They cheated me by sending only one piece instead 10 pieces per order.
These items are non returnable and after 6-7 days I’ll not be able to complaint about it according to their policy on such products. I call customer care and they said we’ve opened an issue with your order. please wait 6-7 days.
I got not update on site about my complaint and no message related to the issue on registered number. Before they runs out the limited time and leave my request, I want to complaint about this type Ajio’s Fraud. they make with their customers.
