Text of Complaint by tanya bansal:

i had ordered a jogger and top set from Ajio, i got only the top. I raised the issue with Ajio customer care several times but they refused to believe me. I had asked them for partial refund as well only for the product that i didnt receive but they didnt agree to the mistake they made. Its unfair that the company refuses to trust users and users have to alternate but to pay for the mistake that the company is making. I am feeling helpless and so want justice for the money i paid to them
