Text of Complaint by Astha Sonani:

Hi.. I order RAGZO brand jeans of 531/-rs value. but I received defective jeans with small hole.It is like display piece means very poor quality. So I generate return request but after 2-3 days they said I have to do selfship because they are not provide pickup service at my location so I do selfship as per conversation but on their warehouse they are refuse to accept it. So I again contact CS Team and they said do again selfship. I already invest 531/- + 40/- for courier jeans and even they said do again selfship. My money of 571/- stuck and not get solution.
