I had placed orders in Ajio and among them, Ajio automatically cancelled a lot of products from their end even after all those orders’ status showed as “confirmed”. I got text messages saying I will receive refund in 5-7 business days to my prepaid payment source. But I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with their service and I want to know why my products were cancelled after confirmation. And if possible I want the products itself to be delivered to me and not the refund.
