Very Unfortunate !! Refering the trailing mails…..

Dear Authorities
Airtel Team
I am writing this mail with lot of annoyance and pain as without solving the referred issue, all the corporate numbers OUTGOING is BARRED.
It’s really Insulting and Unprofessional.
I think couple of months back our decision to remain with Airtel Services ( As suggested by your retension team against our request for portability) was a WRONG step.
I do not really understand what to write more ……

Greetings!!!
With reference to the subject cited above and as per trailing mail, the organization, i.e. Leela’s Foundation for Education and Health, after having a series of conversations both telephonic and by mail, the issue isn’t been sought out by Airtel Team. Due to delay in this matter by Airtel Team our incoming and outgoing calls has been stopped. We would request the airtel authority to kindly help us in aforementioned matter urgently.

The Organization having 11 Postpaid Connection of Airtel. The issue which we are facing is that we have changed our Postpaid Plan from 399 to 99 on the Month of 17-September-2019 through Airtel Customer Care, and the representative have confirmed that all the plans has been updated from 399 to 99, but only 2 Connections has been updated and the same can be seen on the current bill and rest of the connection still not been updated.The Mobile App of MY AIRTEL also shows that all the connection have 99 Monthly Rental.

Our Team has visited the local store of Airtel and also requested Airtel Team by mail and by telephonic conversation regarding the the same, but we have seen very unprofessional behavior from the Airtel Team and still after a series of visit we still have same issue.
The organisation urge Airtel Team to kindly resolve our issue by Today as our incoming and outgoing calls has been stopped. The plan has not been updated and revised bill as per our updated plan has not yet been received. The organisation would humbly request you to kindly provide us updated/revised bill with changed plan so that we can proceed with the payment and also in the meantime kindly start our Incoming and Outgoing.The Invoice has been attached for your reference.
