it’s been more than a day I am without internet and I am using it for my work. I explained the situation to Airtel complaints team and still no one is looking into it. it is getting worse as I have no other ISP providers connection to resume my work.
I explained about my urgency and situation to Airtel Complaints team number of times and they don’t even respond.
Note:- this is “Airtel’s Xtreme Fibernet” which it is boasting for 5G network speeds.
leave about 5G..the basic network connection itself is no working.
