Dear sir / Madam,
I am using Airtel network more than 12 years I have purchased sim card with lifetime incoming calls and messages free of cost they told at the time of purchase. But now they are disconnected incoming calls and incoming messages and also they are charging cost for incoming calls and messages. Now I unable to receive important calls and messages including important OTP( One Time Password) also I unable to receive. Please tale action immediately resolve the problem as soon as possible.
