Text of Complaint by Solomon theophilus:

I recharged my airtel line today, around 8:03am with 600N from a POS and the POS got debited as well. My loan balance which was 100N was deducted and i was sent a recharge message as usual but my balance was suppose to remain 500N since I was owing 100N and recharged 600N but there was noting on my balance. The took both the 100N load and my 500N supposed recharge. And I recharged 700N again before the could truly credit my airtime balance…but I still want my 500N airtime?
