I chose a one time 100naira days data plan with the option to stop data when exhausted and no auto renewal, but before dawn each day I get an SMS that 100naira has been deducted, some days the SMS comes twice. Hence I’ll have to turn on my mobile data. I’ve used the stop to 141 SMS but obviously the robots replied but deduction persist. I deliberately didn’t turn on my data yesterday April 30th, 2020 but the deduction and SMS came twice.
Its simple, check your system and my account for data usage and kindly refund my money. I don’t have that luxury @ this point in time. I called severally but ni customer care to take calls, wat we have is the machine which can’t think.
Kindly do the needful refund to the Airtel line below.
