Text of Complaint by RANJITH KUMAR SANTHARAM:

I am yet to receive the full refund of a GOAIR flight ticket which was cancelled as the flight itself got cancelled.
PNR PY8ZYG from Ahmedabad to Kochi, dated 25Dec2020 with 3 passengers. Ticket was booked on 12Feb2020.
The ticket cancellation was over telephone, and as I had not received any acknowledgement of cancellation, I went to GOAIR office at Ahmedabad airport and they handed over a printout of the cancellation mentioning full refund as well as they emailed me the same. However, the refund is not received yet, neither is the GOAIR customer care available over phone, neither did I get any response for my email communication with refunds@goair.in. It is nearly 11 months since the cancellation.
Kindly look into the matter of refund of my flight ticket.
