I had booked a flight from Mangalore to Mumbai through travolook website . The minute I booked the ticket I got a message saying that my ticket was cancelled as the PNR was not generated and that my refund would come in 10-15 days. It has been a month now I haven’t received it yet. Whenever you call them they keep telling it has been initiated and we will get it soon.
