Text of Complaint by Saher Hiba:

I have been using Airtel since 2018, the year I got my personal phone. It was a smooth experience in the start, but now it’s extremely annoying. The internet’s incredibly slow. You call 121, it’s bullshit. It takes so much time to actually reach the particular issue, cause all she does is singing about your current data pack and marketing Airtel Black. I mean, what the heck? I always get a 4g recharge but it’s of God damned 2g speed. All of my family members use Airtel and they have the same issue!
