Internet service for my airtel sim card has not been working since 5th august 2019. I called the airtel customer care service a no. of times in reply of which they tried to set it right but couldn’t. Finally they suggested a change of sim card i.e; a applying for a duplicate sim card. I visited the nearby airtel store and shared my greivance and thus was provided the duplicate sim for the said no. which they said would be activated in 4 hrs. It’ been 21 hrs but my sim has still not been activated.
