Everything about Airtel sucks right now. I had raised a ticket on the Thanks app on Saturday 18th which was supposed to be resolved by Sunday 19th and it is still not resolved. My net speed is 220kbps. It’s been slow since Saturday. Very difficult to do anything. Their IVR is rubbish. No option to speak to a customer service representative. If i press the option to raise another complaint, nothing happens and the IVR hangs up on me. If i try to raise another ticket on the stupid Thanks app, it can’t find my location inspite of granting location permission and turning location on. The app’s chatbot instead directs me to call customer care and that’s useless.
Airtel you suck. Your IVR sucks. Your customer service team sucks. Your Thanks app sucks. Your mobile data speed sucks. Everything about you sucks
Airtel you fucking scammers – stop throttling my internet connection and give me 4g speed. You’re being paid for that. What the fuck do you goons think of yourself?
