airtel is came up with new rule that anyone want to send an sms they should buy an unlimited pack of min 130 rs. This is utter nonsense if anyone need to send an sms for upi or banking purspose they should pay about 130 for an SMS. When i talked to the customercare they behaved me very badly and challenged me you cant do anything & just obey our rule even i cant port to any sim without an unlimited package. they dont even follow consumer right rules
