Summary:
I am filing this complaint against Airtel (Bharti Airtel Limited) for their negligence and failure to provide stable internet services. Despite repeated promises and assurances, my internet connection has been down for 4 days (since July 4th, 2024), causing significant inconvenience and loss to my work and daily life.

– On July 4th, 2024, my internet connection suddenly stopped working, and despite multiple complaints and assurances from Airtel’s customer care team, the issue remains unresolved.
– I have made numerous calls to Airtel’s customer care and have been given false promises of resolution within specific timeframes, which have not been met.
– The Airtel team has failed to provide a valid explanation for the outage or a clear timeline for resolution.
– As a work-from-home professional, I rely heavily on a stable internet connection, and this outage has resulted in significant loss of productivity and income.
– Despite my repeated requests, Airtel has not provided any compensation or alternative solutions to mitigate the issue.
Relief Sought:
– Immediate restoration of my internet connection
– Compensation for the loss of productivity and income due to the outage
– A clear explanation for the cause of the outage and measures taken to prevent such incidents in the future
