You cant recharge through airtel thanks app if you out of validity. Anything that requires a bank generated OTP doesn’t work since you are out of validity. Plus they also deducted 45 rupee for every 28 days without validity. What scam is this ?
When Airtel is not letting us incoming outgoing calls and message we cant get bank OTP’s
then why is this extra money deducted from our airtel account or added as negative balance to those who don’t have and active aritel balance account ?
Also when Airtel wont allow us OTP’s how do they expect us to recharge from the App.
Also when you recharge from App you get random amount off form nominal value recharge
but if you fail it on the first try your coupon is expired and you extra again?
Some serious scams going on !
