Text of Complaint by Angel:

This isn’t the first time I have loaded a card and went ahead to do a subscription and at the end of the day Airtel’s data plan didn’t go as it was written.Today,I loaded N500 card and went ahead to subscribe for just 7days and after clicking 7days,a message came to my phone that I subscribed for 2days.Imagine,why on earth would I load N500 just to get 2days.I am so certain I subscribed for 7 but I got two.This isn’t the first time and I will never use Airtel again.
