We got a call from one the Airtel person today around 11.30. He was speaking in Hindi, I asked him to speak in English because I don’t speak hindi that well. This fellow immediately started talking rude and straight away asked “Are you mad” in Hindi (bagal ogaya kya…something like that). The he started bombarding me with his scolding and raised voice.
