Sir, I visited airtell office in Mangalore Lalbagh branch two time for exchange of my prepaid SIM. But still today I have not get sim. I submit ID Proof ,. But they are not ready to give new sim because I have not agreed for click my full size photo in there handset. ( Already I submited my ID proof, Again Why they want my photo) So I have returned from your office. Please enquiry this complaint .& Obligue.
