Hello Sir,

My name is Satish, I have been facing the internet issue on my Airtel post paid sim.

I have raised a complaints multiple times and i called to follow up multiple times, However there is fix or any proper response.

I have cleared 4 months pay which is around 2500/- for nothing.

I called to close deactivate the sim card but they are not doing and they want me to clear this month bill as well yet there is no use of their services.

i kindly requesting you to look into this and do the needful
