Airtel Extreme box i have purchased it last year and it is not working now I asked to replace the box with new one they said no and asked for repair my box and give me back they said no. I Spoke with Mr.Prabhu Airtel Black supervisor Customer service person he was also replying very rude to replace the box and said they will not replace with New box
