Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased my Airtel Xtreme connection on 9th of nov 2020 by one airtel person named Anil. Before taking it I asked several times how much time it would take he told me maximum 1 week so he asked me to pay for 3 months and I waited for a week. But I didn’t receive any call back from Airtel. So I complained airtel by 17th nov and the complaint number is “124468594”. As told by customer care it will be taken care by 24 hrs again i trusted airtel and and got fooled as there is no update from airtel side again and again i called almost 15 times same is repeated it will be solved by 4 hrs (told by higher desk) and 24 hrs by customer care but nothing happened and when i called them they told they tried calling but couldn’t reach but i was getting all the calls and they resolved my complain when i received message i reopened .On 21st they again register a new complaint with complain number “124631330”.i kept on calling but same thing happened they are keep on giving me time .I don’t understand how a company like airtel can fool their customers to this extent .At the time of taking money they didn’t take a day but giving connections they do not bother .Airtel please stop fooling people if you promise to do so
