My broadband service provided by airtel is not working. I am a resident of Jammu were already Internet services are not being provided and the airtel team is not fixing my issue. I have been religiously calling them everyday to fix my issue but not steps have been taken regarding the same. They are incapable of fixing my problem which has caused me alot of inconvience in terms of my work and studies. I wanted my problem to be fixed as soon as possible and airtel team should be made to pay for the distress they have caused.
