My service request no is 136842738.
Sir from past 5 days I called several times at airtel customer care number that there is a network issues at my home since five days.I made a complaint on 8th sep but still no action has been taken from airtel .As per there policy within 48 hours the complaint has to be attended.But now it is five days.Neither they are responding to my mails nor I am getting any call from there side.service engineer is denying to attend my complaint and on the other hand customer care executive are also not taking any action.
Please take action at earliest.
Airtel xtreme fibre service is etremely poor.
