Airtel Xtreme Fibre Internet not working, Customer service is very poor, Technicians not responding

Text of Complaint by Nidhi Gupta:

I bought an Airtel Xtreme Fiber connection for high-speed internet for 8 months. But very bad service provided by Airtel. I take connection in my number 8237757475.

My internet is not working since the last day(22-07-2023). I called customer service too many times, and they are promising to resolve the issue at 08:24 PM, but the issue has not been resolved. Again I called customer service they promise to resolve the issue by the morning of 9:00 AM(23-07-2023) but the issue has not been resolved, again called, and promised to resolve the issue at 11:30 AM, then told us till 02:30 PM, but the issue has not been resolved. Again we called Airtel Xtreme customer service and the executive told us to wait till 5:30 PM, but not resolved again we called and they said to wait till 8:30 PM……

Too Strange………
Very poor service by Airtel Xtreme fiber broadband connection. Technicians not responding and customer executives giving fake promises……….

I am doing work on IT and totally depend on the Internet..since 2 days I am facing issue no one come to fix the issue, I lost my 2-day work……..who will pay for this……..

At the time of the new connection, they gave us very promises of the best service and a good network. But Really very very poor service by Airtel. Very disappointing by Airtel Xtreme fiber
