Text of Complaint by Laraib Anwar:

I booked an Xtreme Fibre connection , on 6th February. When they installed the connection,It was working fine…But after half an hour, it was showing that there is no Internet connection. I complaint about this issue, they told it will be fixed tomorrow, but no one came and it was still not working. They then told us that there is sone issue with the wires which will be resolved 2-3 days. They fixed the wire problem, but still it was not working. They told me that you got a faulty Modem, so they will change it. They just told, the issue will be resolved tomorrow.
And tomorrow never came. I complaint this issue to the customer care for approx 4-5 times,but no help from there too. After 5 days or so they came to change the Modem. They changed it but still they were not able to configure it. It’s been 10 days and I’m not able to use the WiFi. When I call them,most of the time they never pic the call and if they pic the call they just say that we can’t do anything until Airtel sends them an ‘ID’. Whenever I call to the customer care they just send me a message :
“Hi, Your service request no. 127502122 has been assigned to engineer (Dharmendra), He will be visiting at your premises between (15 Feb 2021 06:30:00 PM – 15 Feb 2021 07:30:00 PM). To track your request, click www.airtel.in/track-order
I don’t know,who this guy(Dharmendra) is,No one come on that date and time.
What kind of SCAM is this?
Now in Airtel thanks app it is showing that only 80 days are remaining in your Xtream Fibre pack.
This is literally the worst service I have ever faced.
I want to remove the connection and get the refund of total Rs 2829
