My Airtel Xtreme Fibernet connection (internet) was not working. I Register complaint through Airtel App on 08th August 10:47 AM. the message shows in app an engineer will be allocated shortly expected by. 09th August 01:30 PM but there was no response. Regularly i called 044 4444 4121 customer care number they told me they are escalate this complaint to Technical Team and Asking 24 Hrs Time to resolve the, Issue But No one called me and no response.
