I have paid 3 months advance for Airtel Xtreme Fibre connection on 22nd May 2022 request number 0407195656 by sales representative who called multiple times and after the payment, just vanished, not answering calls, diverting etc, very bad unexpected service from airtel, even after multiple request to the customer care, spoke to so many managers.
Received an sms on 11th July 2022 that, The refund paid amount will be paid soon. Since then, no updates fir the refund.
Request to please take this as a serious issue as Airtel is harassing and looting customers.
