Text of Complaint by Raj Kumar:

Raised multiple complains, 2-3 time followup everyday, it takes more than 1-2 hr everyday to follow up on the issue. Customer care committing issue will be resolved in 4 hrs everytime. its been complete mental torture. I have sent emails as well to keep the evidence in writing.
