My Airtel xtreme fiber internet connection is not working since last 6 days and Airtel is just falsely promising that someone will reach out to me. In last full month there were 10 such days in which I had no internet at my home. Still the issue is not resolved. I had recharged my broadband connection with Rs. 1179 INR. and the service quality being provided is very poor. I have paid full amount but I am not getting services as per my expectation. Still I get no internet notification. Consumers are being taken for granted and their hard earned money is being wasted. I have even asked them to tell me if this can’t be resolved then I want this connection to be cut, they are saying give us last chance, since last 3 days.
