Text of Complaint by Najmul Islam:

  • On 11th of November I paid advance for Airtel Fiber Broadband with amount of 28002/-  3 month plan of upto 100 Mbps speed but unfortunately my broadband is not installed yet every a call to engineer he always said we will be reach you with an hour but no one visit it yet right now very frustrated about Airtel services and I wonder now I having a lot of problems after my connection start how they will resolve customer problem very very poor service in Meerut seriously I fred up with activation thing and I also visited Airtel store at Begum pull Meerut they were said cancel your connection if you want instead of cancelling my connection they have to find solutions…but there no solution…they charged me in Advance but till there no solution no activation no any service I get…
