Text of Complaint by Sanjay Kothari:

This has reference to my Airtel extreem prepaid connection, last 15 days I am facing lot of problem viz no internet, low speed around 30 to 80 kbps against committed or charges for 100 MBPS while ask to their customer care they are also mi behaving Aniket is one of the senior guy has not answered anything only said that back team will contact you, but I am fail to understand why Airtel kind company cheating to their customer and not refunding the payment for which they have committed to provide the services, the executive of their call centre has put me hold since last 1 hr and right now I am hold and not answering any one from their call centre the name of person isMr Aniket has confirmed their location as MP state. He denied to provide the escalation matrix and denied to refund the money paid to take the service from Airtel. If any one is there to let me know the mail id of their MD and TRI to get this matter escalated as in last 15 days the 5 complains has made but no satisfactorily resolved
