Dear Sir,
Airtel is the worst ISP I’ve come across in my life.
It’s been more than a week since I paid INR 6099/- for my Airtel xtreme pack and till today no one from the company has come to complete the installation.
Your executives, Mr. Arjun Pandey and Mr. Raj Grover have been lingering on the matter and doing nothing. Twice I’ve called the helpline for complaint registration but no one has come.
If you people cannot provide service then you should quit the area of Internet services.
Please solve this issue on urgent basis else return my money.
