Text of Complaint by Sk Saddam:

I was frustrated with ACT so decided to take Airtel, Everything went smoothly then the installation person told me there is no power box in your building we will install it and get your connection up in 1 hour then that one hour turn to 8 hour then they told 24 hours. I raised 3 calls to customer support of airtel, they said I will get refund but did not provide me any SR number or did not receive any confirmation. Airtel is looting and lying to people. I am not sure I will get any refund.
