Yesterday I have upgraded to airtel 1plan where in xtreme box was installed.problem is audio is working for all the TV channels,Apps etc but video is working.I can see black screen with audio on. Post XTREME box installation I quickly call the same guy who installed the box and explain him the problem, he came back , did some settings change still the problem was there.Then I raised the complaint to customer care with ref no 42749541 and I got the reply via sms with service engineer details.
I had several call there after to the service engineer and customer care but no one of them was having any clarity to the resolution of this problem.
I would like to escalate this to senior level and I dont know how to ?
This is such a shame that, If you can not fulfil the commitment, you should not do one.
I request to look into this on high priority and take necessary actions as it is now more than 1 day since the problem reported.
