The broadband company is charging extremely high price promissing to provide after service for any technical issue. It’s been 4 days there is no internet connection and I am unable to do any work inpaite of the fact the support engineer says their is fault in line through a vendor and there is nothing he could do. So basically there r making money and not providing customer service as promised and this needs strict action to be taken
