Text of Complaint by Avijit Paswan:

On 3rd of july I installed airtel xtream fibre cost of 3003.10 since the beginning router has some issue (packet loss issue request time out was frequently shown) after complaining multiple times to them through customer care they assigned technical engineer to visit my home , none has come to fix it neither they picked my call. Things were become worse when they closed my service requests 6-7 times without fixing my problem and they sent two messages that your problem has been resolved they misled me and wasted my time even higher airtel executives had cut my call. When I asked airtel to disconnect my router and refund me the paid amount . They denied to pay me back they said we cannot refund you single penny . Neither they want to fix my problem nor they want to refund . Tell me sir what should I do?
