My ID: 3041675358 Praveeen tanisha deshmukh my contact no 9885033974i have opted for you internet and X tream DTH services on 6 th of october 2021, while installation your tecnician has not given us the x tream set top box, which i have given request for on 4 th November 2021 on 6 th your technician Mr Mahaesh has installed the xtream set top box and said it will be activated in next 1 hr.
but since it has not been activeted for which i has call your 121 and raised compalients atleast 20 times , but in response i got that in next 24 hrs it will be activated even today also i raised complaint on 121 the same feeback i have recd. I am fed up with your comany services and my family has unable to enjoy TV since last 10days all our vaccation of Dipawali has gone waste due to your hopeless services
Even you Technician Mr sai His no8008694720 not responding and he blocked my no the same case with The installation executive Mr mahesh His no9989948104 ,
i feel you have appointed these people for only collection the money from client and after that vanishing , its ridicules, If your company do not have the service back up then why you are selling these products
