I ordered a new connection of Airtel Xtream Fibre worth ₹2829/- for 100 mbps for 3 months in Girdhar Nagar, Meerapur Basahi, Varanasi (221003) and already did the payment in advance as demanded by the agent on 7th of August, 2021! The Agent then said that it will take a maximum time of 4 days for the installation. But after 7-8 days, they are giving no update and not yet visited my location! All of them are blaming each other for the delay and no one is taking action! I plea to the officials-in-charge to look in this matter as I am a student and I am in a great need of this! The delay is causing me losses in my studies! ??
