I purchased Airtel xtream connection and done full payment on 12 October 2020 ,,, it’s 26 oct and did not get connection active yet… In starting they promised to provide connection in 3 days.. There customer service is creating service request which automatically get closed in 24 hours… Now they are neither giving connection nor refund…. Such a poor service, I have never expected from Airtel… They are now poor than Bsnl and does not deserve to be a company.
