I have paid in advance for airtel xtream broad band Rs. 2829.0 via Upi towards your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 024824787430 with transaction id 6847080182361735168 on 24-09-2021
From deposit date to till date yet broadband not installed.
Many times I have contact on 02044444121 and on Twitter
@Airtel_presense and also contact at local store. But still waiting for connection or money refund.
I hope you understand the problem and please do the needful.
These kind of delay in service causing loss in studies(online classes) of children.
