I had paid for installation of Airtel Xstream……they promised 2days installation but as of now neither they turned up nor did they answer the call and even no information provided from the service provider. I can understand the delay due to present situation but why is there no intimation. Moreover,why do delays occur only when you provide the service and not during taking money??
