Text of Complaint by Sunny uppal:

I have made the payment of Airtel xstream of RS 2828 on 10th July and till now I have not received any intimation from Airtel side regards to my installation the executive name Anil Kumar emp code (5424) number 8285214807/8447556817 collected the amount and from that end that person is not responding to my phone calls since I made the payment this is how Airtel pay post payment service ? I have requested that I need my WiFi to installed on the same day then why mr Anil Kumar given me fake assurance for that now I don’t have any number in which I can connect with Airtel customer care why Airtel invest so much on useless ad’s when they can’t keep there existing customer expectation I need a number where I can connect with Airtel ,please confirm by WiFi status or else refund my money Your executive Anil is the unprofessional person I have seen
